I am so excited to tell you that Scott Hayne, one of the BEST destination wedding photographers I have seen, is going to be in Aruba soon. He will be in Aruba again for two weddings, May 22 – June 7th, 2010. I happen to ‘know’ one of his brides (via email & forums) and am so hoping to see some of her photos! While Scott already has two bookings (that I know of), he is open to more. Though you have probably already booked your wedding photographer, it might not be too late to book Scott for a Trash the Dress shoot! Scott is the man behind the photos of Kristine and Khoi that I am in awe of and have blogged about. I wish we could go back to Aruba JUST so we could do a shoot with him. And who says you have to be having a wedding? You don’t need a special occasion to get some of the most beautiful photos you will ever see.

I’m sure it would be one of the best experiences you will have during your trip. I’ve looked at so many wedding photos from Aruban photographers and have yet to see anything that comes close to his artistry and creativity. While I’ve seen some very nice, traditional work from locals, I know there are more brides like me who want an album that pushes the envelope and is more representative of our personalities.
